Terms & Conditions
For all productions, a 25% booking deposit of the agreed balance is required. An invoice for the remaining balance will be send out on completion of your video. Payment of the final balance should be one month from the date of invoice.
Tomcat Media strive to produce the highest quality video production, and use the best equipment for capturing video and audio how it should be seen and heard. Although we aim to produce a broadcast quality production, using professional camera equipment, microphones and lighting, we cannot be held responsible for restrictions to the audio visual recording process, incurred by unforeseen circumstances, like the weather, extreme low light at venues, etc. (This normally only applies to live events, as time can be taken to prevent such problems whilst recording studio/on site promotional work.)
Tomcat Media Productions own the copyright to all video footage, photographs and audio compositions.
